[edit] Notes

  • 1500 Deldrimor reputation points are awarded for completing this dungeon for the first time in normal mode, and 200 points are awarded for subsequent completions. 2250 Deldrimor reputation points are awarded for completing this dungeon in hard mode for the first time, and 300 points are awarded for subsequent completions.
  • There are 8 gates in the first level of the dungeon: 2 Gate of Duty (blue) , 4 Gate of Kinship (green) and 2 Gate of Strength (red).
  • To open the gates you need to push the switches. There are 5 switches in the first level of the dungeon: 2 Proof of Duty (blue), 2 Proof of Kinship (green) and 1 Proof of Strength (red) switch.
  • It is not necessary to use all the switches. Pushing one blue button opens the blue doors, one green opens the green doors. One switch of each color must be pushed to open the door to second floor.
  • After defeating the Remnant of Antiquities, a Dragrimmar Chest spawns. A timer will count down from 3 minutes after which you will get returned to Drakkar Lake.
  • Bring hex removal as the dryders in this dungeon use a lot of hexes.
  • Careful pulling and avoiding bunching up will make this dungeon a relatively easy run.
  • Bringing the following skills will make this dungeon much easier: Ward Against Elements, Sandstorm, Light of Deliverance, Extinguish (for the final boss), and interrupts such as Savage Shot, Distracting Shot, or anything causing Daze.
  • There are not many fleshy creatures, so it is not recommended to bring corpse-based skills or a Minion Master at all. Plus, the Whirling Whisps carry Banishing Strike, meaning minions may actually cause more damage to your party than your foes.
  • If players find themselves struggling from the constant damage output brought on by traps, it is possible to complete the dungeon using a protection hero and healing hero as well as protection henchman and healer henchman despite the lack of damage output due to the relatively small size of each enemy mob.
