Notes[edit]
- As described by the concise description, "a hexed foe" in the non-concise description implies a foe hexed with Chilling Winds.
Bug.Both descriptions fail to mention that the target and all adjacent foes also become hexed with Chilling Winds in addition to being struck with cold damage.
