Inscription Stones are found in Sparkfly Swamp during the quest Finding Gadd and in Finding the Bloodstone. During Finding the Bloodstone, when you kill an Inscribed Ettin, you return the inscription from the ettin to the Inscription Stone in order to access the next level of the cave.
