Ke Feng is an undercover Imperial Guard infiltrating the Jade Brotherhood. By talking to Baosen, you trigger the arrival of a hostile Ke Feng and Jade Brotherhood group. After defeating the Ke Feng and the group, he becomes an ally, and can give you The Missing Link quest.
