Rakanja is a ranger trainer for the Order of the Sunspears. She teaches about bows.

To Rangers before completing the quest Primary Training or non-Rangers after starting the quest Secondary Training, who don't know all the skills taught by this trainer already:

"Lisha and I fight the corsairs. If they are far, I shoot them. If they are near, she carves them to ribbons. Which path would you like to follow?"
Can you teach me some Ranger skills?
Rakanja teaches you the skills Power Shot and Kindle Arrows.
Tell me about the different types of bows.
"There are five types of bows, and each has different advantages and disadvantages.
The longbow has a medium attack speed, long range, and medium accuracy.
The flatbow has a fast attack speed, long range, but poor accuracy.
The horn bow has a slow attack speed, medium range, medium accuracy, and 10% armor penetration.
The recurve bow has a medium attack speed, medium range and good accuracy.
The short bow has a quick attack speed, short range, and good accuracy."
