Ravagers are guardians of the Maguuma Jungle that will spawn once you kill one of the Jungle Guardians. Killing more Jungle Guardians will not spawn additional Ravagers.

- In the early days of Guild Wars, it was believed that Ravagers very rarely dropped Globs of Ectoplasm, based on a screenshot shared by a player in 2006. While this information was documented on this website and others, the validity of this screenshot was subject to some scrutiny, especially because no other evidence existed. It was finally concluded in 2010 that the original screenshot was fake, and a consensus was reached that Ravagers do not drop Globs of Ectoplasm after all.
