Scarred Psyche is the realm of Mad King Thorn that is under attack by Palawa Joko in an attempt of revenge.
Getting there[edit]
During Halloween, talk to The Sorceress of Kessex in Lion's Arch or The Harbinger of King Thorn in Kamadan.
