GOOD GOD I WANT THIS --Neil2250 , Portal Jumper User Neil2250 sig icon6.png 15:47, 22 May 2010 (UTC)

WOAH! Stats could be better but hey. --smøni 15:55, 22 May 2010 (UTC)
Dagger animations are going to be raped? o.O ~Celestia 16:02, 22 May 2010 (UTC)
Someone needs to check if these are larger than Shiro's Blades, since a note on that page calls them the largest daggers. User Felix Omni Signature.pngelix Omni 16:05, 22 May 2010 (UTC)
Very awesome. We need more "twin shortsword" dagger sets like this. Arshay Duskbrow 16:11, 22 May 2010 (UTC)
Nooooo! These daggers look amazing, why do the stats have to be so terrible! I seriously hope they release a non-green version of this dagger skin 24.247.248.93 18:18, 22 May 2010 (UTC)
Grenth's grasp build, anyone? I WANT THESE. ПALANA 21:29, 22 May 2010 (UTC)
Exactly....MUST HAVE NAO!!! Eive_Windgrace 21:50, 22 May 2010 (UTC)
Should do more dmg but slower atck speed Masmar 22:33, 22 May 2010 (UTC)
And exactly why would Anet make a slower version of daggers with higher damage? People would just over abuse IAS and use these daggers. Eive_Windgrace 00:09, 23 May 2010 (UTC)
Rather use conjure frost and still have a leet spot

Trivia[edit]

So can someone who knows how get the obvious trivia for [1] down? Eive_Windgrace 00:12, 23 May 2010 (UTC)

Although the series is named that i doubt the daggers are linked merely because Law and Order is a more general term for governing, not only the series. But hey if you get enough people to back that go for it :D 69.107.74.43 00:30, 23 May 2010 (UTC)
Thanks to whoever did that, but theres a good chance that the IP was right. Eive_Windgrace 05:55, 23 May 2010 (UTC)

There's a comic called Law and Order too...just my two cent... Lou Wolfskin 14:00, 23 May 2010 (UTC)

Law and Order is a common phrase, the show is named after the phrase. ~Shard User Shard Sig Icon.png 23:56, 23 May 2010 (UTC)
More trivia: in Devil May Cry, Trish's pistols are named Law and Order (the names are only really seen during the show). Twin pistols, twin blades... possible reference, though admittedly unlikely. 99.241.34.49 02:52, 24 May 2010 (UTC)
I know it's a common phrase but since the tv-show got mentioned i guessed i point out that it's not the only thing a pop culture reference could point to if there is one. Lou Wolfskin 10:46, 24 May 2010 (UTC)
The term Law and Order by far predates the TV show, the fact that the shows name is a reference to the term, does not mean that this is weapon is a reference to the show. I can see this has been debated and as it stands it seems that the consensus is that the term is the source reference, not the show. Unless their is discussion on this point and consensus swings to support of this being a reference to the show, then I shall be removing the trivia. I will of course wait for any discourse on this to die down before changing the reference. In the mean time i would ask that no one modify the trivia until this issue has been settled. Thanks. -- Salome User salome sig2.png 23:56, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
We got the point someone take off the trivia bit so people will finally shut up about it.69.107.74.43 23:31, 26 May 2010 (UTC)
What I do find interesting is that ArenaNet released these daggers on the eve of Law and Order's series' finale. That's one way to give homage to a show. --Riddle 06:45, 27 May 2010 (UTC)
This MAY be a reference to the reasonably popular Chuck Norris fact "Chuck Norris is currently suing NBC, claiming Law and Order are trademarked names for his left and right legs." →[ »Halogod User Halogod35 Sig.png (talk ]← 07:04, 3 June 2010 (UTC)
LMAO ROFL OMFG TRAOE User Felix Omni Signature.pngelix Omni 07:05, 3 June 2010 (UTC)
I seriously doubt that the live team sits around thinking, "So, we're designing a bunch of weapons that the White Mantle will drop, thus they must all have names related to the White Mantle law/court theme we've established. But they must ALSO be related to any and all law/court-themed TV shows out there! Especially ones that have their series finale coming up!" Homage nothing! There is no tribute here! This is just keeping with the theme of the WM role and hierarchy: Justiciar, Confessor, The Peacekeeper, The Hammer of Justice, The Interdictor, The Adjudicator, Long Arm of the Law, and Law and Order. They are ALL standard legal terms. The creators of the TV show, Law and Order, did not coin the phrase, but named it after an already-existing very common phrase. --MushaUser Musha Sigc.png 13:36, 3 June 2010 (UTC)
I love how no one is disagreeing but people still feel it necessary to argue. Please read above comments before typing. Eive Talk Windgrace 02:40, 11 June 2010 (UTC)

I thought i'd comment here, but then my oppinion is worthless, but then most oppinions here are silly, but then it's all very trivial, yes, no? but then i ramble, "chortle" oh well. (Jaxx Hammer)--173.16.56.248 05:10, 20 June 2010 (UTC)

There needs to be a regular version of this.[edit]

There are too few daggers looking like real swords in the game, thus far, they only are greens or belong to NPCs. -- Konig/talk 01:56, 23 May 2010 (UTC)

They are called daggers and not swords for a reason. 58.106.158.34 06:48, 23 May 2010 (UTC)
And that means that there can't be short swords instead of daggers, why? If we have 2 NPCs using regular sized swords, and we now have 2 greens being swords, what's wrong with a small handful of daggers being short swords. I'm not asking for daggers the shape and size of Fellblades, you know. -- Konig/talk 19:32, 23 May 2010 (UTC)
"I'm not asking for daggers the shape and size of Fellblades, you know." Although that would be totally awesome, and you know it xD. --Naoroji My Userpage 22:40, 24 May 2010 (UTC)
they really do, most daggers you never notice because they're so small. Anet read this... If the dagger is the size of your ear no someone wants to use them... please maybe a nice dual swords that you can see--24.171.168.222 15:26, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
Assassins do not wield dual swords, they wield daggers. --MushaUser Musha Sigc.png 18:46, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
Shiro's Blades. Arshay Duskbrow 21:38, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
I think what he means is having a dagger set that looks likes two swords... --24.171.168.221 14:11, 26 May 2010 (UTC)
Ahem... Shiro's Blades. Arshay Duskbrow 14:32, 26 May 2010 (UTC)
they've been around for 2 years and i think were all tired of em. This is fresh and new--24.171.168.221 11:53, 27 May 2010 (UTC)
That's the point. Assassins always had a pair of "dual swords" to wield, so there's nothing wrong with adding more. Arshay Duskbrow 12:14, 27 May 2010 (UTC)
But these don't eventually kill you...--Loudeath 08:14, 13 July 2010 (UTC)

They are both pretty stupid looking (mildly opinionated). The original sword skins are just vendor-trash (mildly opinionated) so holding two copies isn't any better. I think a set of blades named Law and Order should have inspired some more creativity from Anet. Maybe two different skins for each hand. Different but still matching, like a yin-yang (think mainhand/offhand only from WoW). But noooo just reuse some old skin from Kaineng City. What's worse is the market somehow decided to make these things worth 100e. Also if you happen to figure out prices for these greens please come visit my talk page. Got a pair of these, these and all the other War in Kryta Greens and be modded!, only thing is inscription as it doesn't have a slot for it. --User Xilarth The Wise Xilarth Symbol Metal.pngilarth The Wise (Talk) 22:30, 24 May 2010 (UTC)

And there was much rejoicing. Definitely going to consider picking up a pair of these now. 68.118.250.100 23:45, 24 May 2010 (UTC)
They'll probably be fixed in an update... hope not. I don't know how things like this can be overlooked. Unless they were rushed or something. --smøni 23:47, 24 May 2010 (UTC)

Drops from Silent Peacekeepers[edit]

So, from the spearchuckers too? --Naoroji My Userpage 22:41, 24 May 2010 (UTC)

How do you farm these, iv been trying for days Days

Well, they're green, i'd say luck? --81.165.39.51 12:18, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
You can spiritfarm silent peacekeepers at the northern exit from the Black Curtain into the Cursed Lands. There's about three or for of them there mixed in with about three marksmen. I've found drop rates are better if you remain close to the combat but I still haven't actually gotten the daggers myself.--Shai Halud 22:39, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
I've done that and killed the single Silent Peacekeeper the other side of the portal after flagging heroes out of range many times. --smøni 22:49, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
I'm a bit lazier and have been farming the 5-6 outside of Divinity down the little canyon heading north, it can be run easily and farmed in NM. I've probably killed ~200 of the silent peacekeepers, just a few runs every day and still have not had it drop. I have had an unseen lantern and a peace drop though. Kalidri 06:50, 29 May 2010 (UTC)

I had a set drop from a White Mantle Enforcer during the Riverside Assassination Bogus Dude 12:04, 4 June 2010 (UTC)

Finally had them drop today (NM Watchtower Coast). I probably did 10 or so runs a day about three days a week since my last little note. Each run was more or less 9 assassin kills. So yeah, they don't drop often and I probably had some help from the green weekend. Though, I got them on my 14th run today - they dropped to my friend who was bored (must have been really bored) and came farming with me :)I wouldn't call this a fun farm, I just wanted them. Not doing it again! Kalidri 04:58, 28 June 2010 (UTC)
As above, I found that NM Watchtower Coast (farming solo) had the best concentration of Silent Peacekeepers. I made it a point to farm there with a character who had not advanced the War in Kryta storyline so Minea the Obscene's group is still at the beach and not right outside Beetletun. Following the trail to the west when it forks, there are 4 groups of Peacekeeper Marksmen and Silent Peacekeepers (usually 2-3 Silent Peacekeepers in each one). If it's worth it to you to go through some bigger groups, there are two more Silent Peacekeepers as you approach the beach where Minea the Obscene is located originally. The second best place, in my opinion, is the other side of Beetletun. In other words, exit into Nebo Terrace, essentially cling to the wall, and make your way to the area of Imuk the Pungent. There are 6 Silent Peacekeeper pop-ups just before Imuk's group and another 1-4 (possibly 1-5) on the way. It's still a crazy hard farm. I spent over a year farming sporadically without getting it then another couple months farming intensively before I got it. My main character, doing the "Wanted by the Shining Blade" quests with heroes never saw a WiK unique. My farming character, going solo, got 5 copies of The Rapture, 2 copies of Peace, and 1 Firebrand before Law and Order finally dropped. The farming character alone got between 450 and 500 Confessor's Orders before it dropped.172.1.196.216 12:12, 3 April 2014 (UTC)
If you still have the Firebrand, it'd be really nice to be able to add the icon to the wiki since we're missing that one. (texmod extract -> upload elsewhere + link to it, or show somebody else who can do it in trade) -Chieftain Alex 15:26, 3 April 2014 (UTC)

Picture[edit]

Anyone who has one of these could we get a better picture up? Now that these are more common, a pic with the name in it isn't exactly the standard. Eive_Windgrace 20:48, 25 May 2010 (UTC)

I think its a great picture. Tong2 21:21, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
It was great for it's time, but now I'm sure there's enough of these out there that we can get a high quality pic without the "infobox thing" in it. Eive_Windgrace 23:49, 25 May 2010 (UTC)

NM or HM[edit]

Do these drop in normal mode? I've killed at least 200 of these in normal mode and the best drop I got was an req 8 gold (not max) Of course they are rare but just seems to me that they don't drop in NM, or at least in the area I was in.Bob 23:49, 25 June 2010 (UTC)

I can smugly say yes; they drop in NM.--File:User Chieftain Alex Chieftain Signature.pngChieftain Alex 08:18, 13 July 2010 (UTC)

on the other hand Conjure Frost anyone?

They're green, not gold. So no.-- User Vanguard VanguardLogo.pnganguard 00:42, 29 October 2011 (UTC)

Drop Rate[edit]

Really Low considering I've been farming SP's constantly for days, and killed millions of them and only Confessor Orders to show for it.@@@@

Got one today. Now I have to sell the cold tang I just bought. Never expected to get this dagger. Ramei Arashi 19:07, 17 December 2010 (UTC)
