[edit] Notes
- If playing a warrior, consider capping Rush and Bull's Strike from the Minotaur warrior boss. Even though they are not elite skills, they are not available until much later in the game.
- There is a small Dwarven village in the southern area of the map. On a random chance per map instance, about 5 waves of Frostfire Dryders will attack (totaling to about 30 Dryders). The allied Dwarven Soldiers there will fight with you. Depending on where you entered the map, those Dwarven allies may already have been killed by the time you reach their location.
- Complete exploration of this area contributes approximately 1.9% to the Tyrian Cartographer title.
- Vanquisher runs of this area without active quests requires defeating around 225 foes. Including quest influences, it has been reported to range from 215 to 252.
- There are small groups of minotaurs that patrol in very large circles. If you're looking for the last mob and can't find it, try turning around and travel in an opposite direction.
- The Centaur boss is a random spawn between Jolo Lighthaunch and Rubi Spottedmane. If you party lacks firepower or interrupts, Jolo Lighthaunch's healing may prove difficult to overcome, especially if two Shiverpeak Protectors spawned in its group. Consider gunning for this boss location right at the start.
[edit] Trivia
- The anvil-shaped high ground in the middle of this area is one of the highest points in the Prophecies campaign. Climbing all the way to the top will reward the player with an amazing view of cold mountainous terrain.
