Blaze Bloodbane is a level 10 Charr boss. He is encountered in a wide variety of missions/quests/locations and has a chance to spawn wherever a random Charr boss spawns. Blaze has tendancy to trail behind other Charr, healing them if their health drops below 33% and otherwise attacking the players.
