Applying dye to this weapon causes the entire weapon to change in color.

The staff's color when dyed changes the staff's wrapping to the dye's color, while the rest of the staff becomes an inverse of the dye color - except when using black and white dyes. Using only white or black turns the entirety of the staff black or white. Including black or white dye darkens or lightens the colors, respectively.
