Crimson Skull Priests are the strongest monks of the Crimson Skull, above Crimson Skull Menders and Crimson Skull Healers.

In normal mode they are not much trouble as Orison of Healing won't heal their allies well. In Hard mode, they have access to Healing Burst, so it's best taking them out before fighting other enemies.
