The Crimson Skull Priests are the high-level Monks of the Crimson Skull. In normal mode they are not much trouble as Orison of Healing won't heal their allies well. Though in Hard mode they have access to Healing Burst and Reverse Hex so it's best taking them out before fighting other enemies.
