Solution: Flash skills[edit]

Flash PvE-only skills characteristics behave with the following exceptions:

These skills can most benefit from the Flash mechanics.


5 Energy20 Recharge time (20...30 seconds). Flash Enchantment Spell. Gain a random Asura benefit every time you earn experience from killing an enemy. Renewal effect: whenever Air of Superiority recharge all skills.

Reason
Pausing in mid-action is annoying.


5 Energy5 Recharge time Flash Hex Spell. (9...12 seconds.) You cannot miss target foe. If you kill this foe, you lose 5% Death Penalty.

Reason
Universally used by Martial professions. Pausing in mid-movement or mid-auto attacking is extremely annoying.


5 Energy30 Recharge time Flash Enchantment Spell. (30 seconds). Your stances last 55...100% longer. Cannot be knocked down while moving.

Reason
Universally used with Frontliners and Runners to buff thier respective stances. Pausing for that quarter-second is just as annoying for them as it was for the Dervish.
