Leadership is the primary attribute of Paragons.
You gain 1 Energy for each ally affected by one of your Shouts or Chants (maximum 1 Energy for every 2 ranks).–In-game description

- Several Leadership skills relate to the Burning condition, Adrenaline gain, damage prevention or attack speed.
- Leadership also includes Leader's Comfort, a self-healing skill, Hexbreaker Aria, the only Paragon Hex removal skill, and Signet of Return, the only Paragon resurrection skill.
