Leadership

Leadership is the primary attribute of Paragons.

- Paragons gain energy instantly whenever they activate a chant or friendly shout, since at least one ally is always affected (i.e. the Paragon for non-targeted skills).
- Animal companions and summoned creatures also trigger the energy gain.
- In contrast, Miniatures have no effect on the energy gain, because they are never affected by shouts or chants.
- Leadership skills tend to help build adrenaline, reduce or prevent damage, or increase attack or movement speeds. Several Leadership skills inflict burning or provide a benefit that depends on foes that are burning.
- The Paragon of Leadership blessing increases Leadership by 1, even if your character's primary profession is not Paragon.
