Of Attribute

Of <Attribute> is a weapon upgrade that grants a 10-20% chance of increasing a specific attribute by one when calculating the strength of a skill that is linked to that attribute. This bonus does not effect the inherent effects of the attribute in question, only the value of the "green" numbers in a skill's description.

Versions for martial weapons always correspond to the weapon's own attribute (such as an Axe Haft of Axe Mastery, Bow Grip of Marksmanship). Versions for all Monk, Necromancer, Mesmer and, Elementalist attributes except for Fast Casting, and Energy Storage have been confirmed for staves.
