Quetzal

The Quetzal are a tribe of Tengu that live in the Tarnished Coast and the Verdant Cascades. Quetzal have bright green feathers and can copy shouts with the Tengu's Mimicry skill.

In the Verdant Cascades, the Quetzal mark their territory with a Notice to Trespassers and attack any who enter, such as the Asura, Norn, and Skelk. Within this area is a village near a waterfall.
