Now I'm really, really curious as to what that is and whether it's still viable given that ANet would probably have nerfed something that insane by now unless you're the only person running it. You can still run it (though, SoH may/may not be worthwhile anymore. I mean, 5 damage is 5 damage; you're only doing 10 less), it's really only *slightly* worse. There's also a lot of room to play around with bars; almost all of the derv skills are optionals (2, 3, 5, and 6 should probably be staple), and you can easily drop SoH on the rit bar for something else (I've been using dpact with it lately. Base ressing SUCKS).

Some ideas:

1. Implement an auction house with a (PERCENTAGE) tax. This is probably the best gold sink that anyone has implemented anywhere ever. Progressive taxes are fucking win. This is not a new idea, but it really needs to happen.
2. Allow PvP characters to enter PvE. Don't make it easy, but it kind of blows when someone has a character that they really like (RPed out, etc) and they can only access one part of the game. Zaishen Travel Coupon: 10k Balth faction, opens one outpost for a PvP-only character.
3. On a related note, make the PvE map "unlockable" - no one wants to do the same thing on each of ten characters. If insta-travel for any character on an account is too lenient, see above point. Zaishen Travel Coupons, gogo.
4. Similarly, allow PvE characters to use zcoins to purchase rewards from Tolkano. These should be non-tradeable (or automatically customized), of course. Plenty of people use PvE characters to PvP; why should they be excluded from the rewards of such?
5. Allow zcoins to be backward-tradeable. You can even tax it, if you want: 1 gold = 9 silver. Said tax would discourage lolaccumulation; no one needs 9001 gold zcoins.
6. Allow zcoins to be purchased with faction (ofc, at a crappy exchange rate). Faction is a lot like money in one regard, especially: you end up with players with shittons of it and nothing useful to do with it.
7. Make usage skill data publicly available. It's been stated that said data is already collected; I can't really think of a reason to keep this hidden. Koltono [Zaishen Observer] would stand around in RA, HA, GtoB, and Guild Halls and offer this information.
8. Speaking of Guild Halls, remove the goddamned henchies from Guild Halls. Or at least put them in one place. I mean, DAMN.
9. Implement a periodical that players can subscribe to. Similarly to birthday presents, this item would appear in the inventories of all subscribed players periodically. When used, it should open an interface (think EotN storybooks) that details recent/current/upcoming events (skill updates, I'm looking at you).

Also, as far as some of the sections go, I think a lot of them would be better off deleted than as they currently stand. Especially the Guides to Playing as a Whatever. They're just full of bad information, and it's not really okay that we're directing new players there. =\

The only PvP sections that I really like are the definitions (it's pretty hard to get those wrong); things involving strategy are in varying degrees of outdated- and/or just-plain-wrong-ness. I guess I could put in some work on them.

Which is why I'm not fighting in this case - they're not wrong, and I didn't mean to imply that. The only thing I found Pling to be incorrect about, I addressed (The ilu was actually an apology for the preceding chain). What's more, I noted that, "At any rate, I was done".

You'll also recall the time I move-typed Vili's entire userspace, then subsequently offered to do anything I could to repair the damage that I'd unwittingly caused (I actually know very, very little about sysoping because I've never, ever sysoped). I came to an understanding that I'd done something very wrong (I'd thought that a revert would've fixed the ordeal, but nop), and acted accordingly - I believe that I do fairly well about accepting being wrong when I am, in fact, wrong.

Conversely, when a there's some policy that I don't agree with (like the signature policy), I don't hesitate to voice my dissent, as I'd hope that anyone wouldn't. The people that run things aren't always right, and assuming that they are has ended in catastrophe or, at the very least, disappointment far too many times; I'm sure you can think of a few, yourself.

I moved the entirety of User:Vili to User:Raine_Valen/Vili and corresponding subpages. It's a particularly annoying kind of vandalism, but, in my defense, the page said "please vandalize me" at the time (which is probably the only reason I didn't get lolb&hammar'd). I think I just took it a little further than Vili had intended with the notice.

I got up to level 30, got REALLY frustrated with it (it was more impossible than level 25 >_>) and skipped it and level 31 because I wanted to see what happened at the end.
