  • If used as soon and as efficiently (i.e., not going over maximum energy) as possible, this skill nets the equivalent of +2 pips of energy regeneration at 11-12 Channeling Magic and 2.4 pips at 15 Channeling Magic.
  • Heroes have a hard time using this skill. They will almost always wait until they are nearly entirely drained of energy, sometimes ignoring it completely.
  • It is worth remembering that when a Spirit is summoned, it isn't actually considered to be there until roughly 1 second after the Binding Ritual has completed, so if you are summoning a Spirit to use this spell with, do not use this spell immediately after you perform a Binding Ritual.
  • Consider using Spirit Siphon if you plan on always having a Spirit available to save an elite slot. At rank 12 or higher this skill only returns 2 more energy than Spirit Siphon.
