  • You gain energy and health from this skill’s own overcast cost.
  • You can quickly build up overcast to a useful amount by activating and canceling this skill a few times.
  • This spell takes fractional points of overcast into account. For example, if you cast this skill while you’re not otherwise overcast, you will gain 5 points of overcast as you start casting it. By the time you finish casting it, you will have already regenerated 0.33 points of overcast and this skill will give you only 4 energy and 23 health, not 5 energy and 25 health.
  • It takes 15 seconds to fully recover from this skill’s overcast cost and maintain a stable level of overcast. When cast every 15 seconds, this skill gives the equivalent of 1 pip of energy regeneration for every 5 points of overcast. For ease of calculation and because fractional points of overcast aren’t visible in the user interface, this table ignores the 0.33 point of overcast lost during this skill’s activation time.
