Guardsman Zui guards the gate to Minister Cho's Estate, and will inform the player character what it needs to do to gain entry.

- "I cannot let just anyone into the Minister's Estate! <character name> should complete more training at the monastery. Start by speaking to the headmasters. What else do you want?"
- Before A Formal Introduction
- "Normally, Master Togo brings his top students to meet the minister. I am sorry, but I cannot let you through without him here. [Character Name] should speak with Master Togo in Linnok Courtyard, that should take care of it. Was there something else you wanted to discuss?"

- "I do not see Master Togo anywhere. No Togo, no entry. Was there something else you wanted to discuss?"
