Rules for raffles !
Rules: 1. This lottery is only opened for alliance members (as of the date of the drawing). 2. Only need 1k (or equivalent) to play. Also 3k for 2 numbers 3. Must have at least 1 player in order to have a lottery. 4. You can donate other valuable items (minis, gifts, green weapons, etc.) for the lottery. 5. Only 1 lottery entry per player (not character or account) – regardless how much s/he paid and/or donated. 6. [Ecto]Xz Rit Of Doom Xz will make a note in alliance chat the player name and amount/donation at the time of the donation/payment. 7. Winner (1) takes all the GW cash/gold (only). 8. Winner of the GW cash does NOT have to be present at the drawing. Xz Rit Of Doom Xz will find and give you your gold winning if you win. 9. Unless the winner mentioned otherwise, only the winner can collect his/her winning(s). 10. Drawing date & time is 8pm (est) time. Location is [Ecto] GH Date: Oct, 30, 2011 11. Non-cash items (minis, shards, weps, etc.) will all be raffle off to winners. Winners MUST be at the drawing for non-cash items. If the winner choose not to accept a wining or not present, the item will be put back into the pot to be raffle off. 12. Xz Rit Of Doom Xz will keep track of the amount and donation on this sheet daily or as needed.
Process: 1. Pay 1k or donate the equivalent item (unded mini, green wep, etc.) to Xz Rit Of Doom Xz before the drawing date/time. 2. [Ecto]will assign a lottery number to each player before the raffle drawing (see list above). 3. The lottery drawing will be in Ecto guildhall about 8PM U.S. East Coast time. 4. Non-cash items will be raffle off first and then finishes with the GW cash. 5. A “/roll <number>” will be used in Local Chat in Ecto guildhall to determine who wins the items and cash so make sure your Local chat is turned on (checked off). “<number>” being the total number of people playing the lottery. 6. If the player is not present at the time of the raffle (except cash item), the player will lose that item and the item will be reroll. 7. Other player(s) who wishes to pay/trade for certain items, can trade with the winner(s) after the lottery. Thanks everyone for playing!
