Necromancer Istani armor is an art type available in the Nightfall campaign as starter armor (named Initiate's), as collector armor for the region of Istan, and as regular crafted armor. The collector headgear is only available with a Soul Reaping +1 bonus.
There is no prestige version of Istani armor. However, Primeval armor has resemblances to it.
