Trivia[edit]
- The only Fast Casting skill available in Prophecies is Mantra of Recovery, which is a stance (thus unaffected by HCT/HSR), making the Inscribed Chakram offered by her rather useless to new characters.
- Presumably named after Penny Hood, a contributor of the Guild Wars Alpha Test program.
