Overview[edit]
Knaves are the rouges and tricksters of the world. While they have similarities to Mesmers, Necromancers, and Assassins, these sly and shady characters don't roam the world with malicious or spiteful intentions; they do what they do simply for their pleasure and personal gain. Although Knaves are often impulsive and rash, they have had the patience to develop three different battle strategies: melee attacker, ranged attacker, and spellcaster. While they are equally proficient in each of these areas, most Knaves tend to concentrate on just one style. The Knave's Primary Attribute is Cunning, which reduces the likelihood of interrupting these wily characters and increases the accuracy of their attacks. Many Knaves are proficient in Knife Finesse, which increases the damage they deal with knives (which can be wielded in melee or thrown from a distance) and powers up their Knife Attacks and Ranged Knife Attacks. Others specialize in Chaos Creation. These Knaves wield large, two-handed staves and position themselves in the backline, wreaking havoc on their foes and inflicting chaos damage. The final secondary attribute of the Knave is Avarice. This attribute line offers the Knave various self-buffs and energy management skills. All things considered, you should always be careful when facing a Knave in battle because you never know what trick they'll pull out of their sleeve next.

Judging[edit]
- I like this profession. I like how you mixed spellcaster/melee/dmg dealer. I think it could function in-game. I think that knifes have a bit too much damage; and also a few skill are a tiny bit Oped. Great job though! Score: 7 --Shadowphoenix 03:47, 12 October 2008 (UTC)
- I know you put some work into this but. Dude. It's an assassin. I like a lot of the skill ideas but GW would do better just by throwing all of these skills on an assassin then let the players take the ball and run with it. That aside, the skill's power seems to be all across the board from underpowered to overpowered. I could list some examples but that would take entirely too long. But as a final Note, I gotta say that "Last Resort" = "Dark Escape". Score: 5 - Vanguard 17:30, 12 October 2008 (UTC)
- Pretty much a cross of Assassin and Mesmer. Worked out nicely, though. Score: 7 - Y0_ich_halt 19:09, 12 October 2008 (UTC)
