- Oh fuck yeah! This is actually crazy because I've made characters before named so-and-so Joradottir. What is the proper form of such a name from the language it came from, "Joradottir" or "Jorasdottir"? And it's even crazier now because we have the Sons of Svanir vs. the "daughters of Jora" perhaps! すし
Holy gods, sushi has invaded my life and is slaughtering all of my peasants and livestock and is currently raping the queen. Whenever I think about sushi I go into hyper-munch mode and I kill myself 10000 times when I don't has any. I recommend Spicy Tuna if you can't get to a good restaurant but IF YOU CAN, see if they have Salmon & Cream Cheese... YES, it's real and it will kill you dead.
Sushi is an elegant munch for a more civilized age. Let's talk about how sushi has ruined our lives!! Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ аІiсә ѕνәи Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ 01:56, 28 July 2010 (UTC)

- Went to Vancouver. Couldn't walk two blocks without seeing a restaurant serving sushi. Fresh tuna is the best, salmon and eel are good. I didn't really like salmon roe or octopus. Had to walk the seawall to burn it all off. — Gares 12:48, 28 July 2010 (UTC)

Typo or intentional?
"As you can see, I love Jora very much. Together we wash some blood and don't afraid of anything." The "and don't afraid...," is that intended or perchance a typo? Could it be "don't be" or "aren't"? Multi-Weapon Builds
Does anyone have/use builds with multiple weapon specs? I remember doing this when I was still a newb playing AB for the first time. I ran an assassin with attributes in both daggers and bow, a typical chain for daggers and stuff like Hunters/Crippling shot with the bow. I just saw a hammer bar with WIld Throw as an optional (since wars are carrying spears for adrenaline anyway) and it reminded me of the good old days.
I think I'm going to try this again! Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ аІiсә ѕνәи Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ 19:39, 9 August 2010 (UTC)

Out of Curiosity
From here. Are there a limited number of sysop positions available? And do you consider "support" to be only given by those who follow a person, or rather was your opposition to those who follow him and also choose to support him? G R E E N E R 08:11, 2 September 2010 (UTC)
- I don't know how many sysops there are allowed to be. And of course support can be given for a person based on the good they've done. However you can have someone who is generally good but still not fit to be a leader. And I'm sure that most of the leaders around here are tied in with friends/fans who will support them no matter what. I'd rather listen to the people with complaints than all the countless people who can comb through contributions and list good merits. Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ аІiсә ѕνәи Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ 08:22, 2 September 2010 (UTC)
- But when you consider that (some of) the people with complaints are completely out of touch with reality, who do you follow? I mean, complaining about someone doing a poor job as sysop is fine (and I've done it myself on a number of occasions), but complaining about someone's sysopping then being unable to link anything they've done wrong is pointless. I'm wondering if/why you would hold the opinion of those people higher than devout fanbois - neither opinion has very much merit. -Auron 08:26, 2 September 2010 (UTC)
- I actually acknowledge the fact that some of those oppositions are baseless or too personal. However this isn't the first time I've noticed people complaining about you. Anyway what is with the sudden storming of my talk page just because I opposed? Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ аІiсә ѕνәи Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ 08:31, 2 September 2010 (UTC)
- Oh, my apologies. Text often gives the wrong impression. I simply was curious. G R E E N E R 08:37, 2 September 2010 (UTC)
- It's simply discussing a vote, nobody's trying to storm you or whatnot.
- I do confess that some who oppose have perfectly valid oppose reasons - Why are we fighting, for example, once opposed and had valid reasons for doing so. But my point is just that those supporting me because they like me and those opposing me because they don't are both equally wrong - that's not how the system is supposed to work. It's supposed to be about how well the sysop has performed.
- Logic and links are the two best weapons for either side on a RfA. A reasoned post instead of simply a signature goes quite a ways to garnering more support or oppose, and a reasoned post followed by links that actually show support of one's argument is about the best a user can do voting on a RfA. A half-legible rant followed by links to sysops making movie references is not in any way beneficial to the process. An oppose vote that says "because some people have disliked this sysop in the past" is only very slightly more valuable. I'm not expecting you to magically support or go neutral, but if you want it to have significant meaning, I would suggest you dig up a little bit of actual evidence of any wrongdoing. It's totally optional, but you want to be heard, right? This is your chance. -Auron 09:27, 2 September 2010 (UTC)
- I'm sorry but no, I won't be heard. If you believe this is some kind of fair podium for anyone to go on and voice their opinion, go to archive 3 and check out what KJ has to say about anyone who opposes.
- "No one respects their opinion" - this is because we are not a part of the circle that consists of all those "bigname" folks. The very fact that this is a vote based system completely destroys anyone's opinion, even if it's golden and full of logic and evidence and what not.
- I'm not even sure why you started the RfR, can you honestly say that you'll be surprised if you are reconfirmed? If it was community request then why doesn't the community post it? Are they allowed to? Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ аІiсә ѕνәи Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ 09:42, 2 September 2010 (UTC)
- Also, not everyone has the time to dig in your huge list of contribs to fish for what you call "evidence". Koda Kumi 09:49, 2 September 2010 (UTC)
- And there is now a talk page for this most recent RfR. You might also want to take a look at my opposing opinion again, it doesn't say anything close to "i've hurd it so its must be true" Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ аІiсә ѕνәи Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ 09:50, 2 September 2010 (UTC)
- Well, you may be interested in my opinion of your vote as I am one of the people who will make a decision based upon them. At the moment your vote consists of two parts, the first part criticises a support vote. It isn't actually anything opposing Auron at all. The second part seems to imply there is a limit on the number of sysops and Auron remaining a sysop will mean that someone more deserving will not be a sysop. This is incorrect, there is no limit on the number of sysops. Auron being a sysop will not prevent anyone else from becoming one. Perhaps in the first part you are also accusing Auron of telling Raine to support him and maybe that is the reason you are opposing. That accusation would be fairly baseless. So at the moment you have provided an incorrect reason and possibly made a baseless allegation. That isn't really a very convincing vote. Let us contrast this with Koda Kumi's vote. While he doesn't provide any evidence of what he is saying, he does actually provide a reason for his opposition, and that reason is actually reasonably easily confirmed. You may want to improve your vote to be more like Koda's if you want your opinion to count. Of course you could continue to talk about how unjust the system is and point out how bad everyone else's votes are if you prefer, it doesn't really bother me at all. - I don't believe that makes my comments irrelevant. Misery 10:06, 2 September 2010 (UTC)
- And why is it wrong to include in my opinion the concern that Auron's support comes from popularity rather than critical and objective judgment? Have you actually looked at some of the supports? There I addressed your silliness. Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ аІiсә ѕνәи Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ 10:10, 2 September 2010 (UTC)
- It isn't wrong, it just isn't a reason to oppose him. At the moment your vote is about as valid as their votes. I am suggesting that you improve your vote for your benefit. I am able to tell the difference between a vote with reasoning and a vote that is just a signature and weigh them appropriately. Perhaps you feel I mad the wrong decision last time Auron went through an RfA. If you go look at that, 4 people opposed him, 2 provided reasons. 42 supported him. Not all of them provided reasons, but far more than 2 did. At the moment I perceive one opposing vote with a reason versus two supporting votes with reasons. I'm not going around and suggesting that all of the people who voted poorly in support to improve their votes I know, but that doesn't mean I am accepting them as valid votes. This was a courtesy, a courtesy that you are welcome to ignore and subsequently have your vote ignored, or at least weighted with less value than you would like. Feel free to continue calling my actions silly though. Misery 10:19, 2 September 2010 (UTC)

Democracy doesn't work (look at the state of the US government if you'd like some living evidence). It inevitably leads to giving the power of decision to the ignorant, fearful, and least-useful sections of the society which seeks to be governed (I'm not sure if you're going to get the less-than-subtle implication here, so I hope this makes it perfectly clear). Organizations run best when broad-reaching powers of authority are given to a select group of proven individuals who are then moderately monitored by a group other than the community at large to prevent corruption. Tl;dr the wiki works better when give more power to people like Auron and stop listening to ignorant schmuks like you. Cheers. Jake--168.122.167.202 15:10, 2 September 2010 (UTC)
