No talk?! :o, Also, the main reason i came here was a quiery, if Kerian has a pet, im guesing it would be gwen a wolf that smells like spice? (i mean, due to all these references >_>) o.o --Neil2250 , Render Lord User Neil2250 sig icon6.png 16:06, 21 May 2010 (UTC)

Lol ye that would be the obvious choice, but if they're staying true to the story it's a wolf that likes apples. :D Lawrence Crafton has a dialogue about such a wolf. Razor39999 00:59, 22 May 2010 (UTC)

Star image... I see you draw them on. I made one recently based off LordBiron, not sure if it could be useful to you or not but you can find it here: User Previously Unsigned LBmm oo400.png Previously Unsigned 01:33, 11 June 2010 (UTC)

Cool thanks I tried looking for that file, but couldn't find it. Razor39999 07:19, 11 June 2010 (UTC)
I seriously thought the star image was the BP Logo for two seconds. Just thought I'd throw that out there. For The Quin 16:40, 23 June 2010 (UTC)
British Petroleum? No idea what their logo looks like. RazoR39999 17:42, 23 June 2010 (UTC)

Bureaucrat Election[edit]

You need to have 100 qualified edits before voting starts to vote in the election. -- Wyn User Wynthyst sig icon2.png talk 22:56, 19 June 2010 (UTC)

From what I can see I have 156 edits in the Main namespace, so I don't see how I couldn't vote. Also 51 in the File namespace, so unless I'm missing something important here, I'm more than eligible to vote. RazoR39999 23:38, 19 June 2010 (UTC)
My error. I copied your username from your signature, where you have it capitalized differently. My humble apologies. -- Wyn User Wynthyst sig icon2.png talk 03:17, 20 June 2010 (UTC)

maps[edit]

I see you're posting a lot of maps. If it isn't too much trouble, have you ever thought of layering the world label maps on and sharpening based off the mission map? The mission map is brighter and sharper than the world map. Sharpening only enhances the contrast too. Here's what I mean: Secret River Passage location.jpg If you need to know anything, you can ask, though I think most is already on my page. Previously Unsigned 04:01, 21 June 2010 (UTC)

Oh ok I'll do screenshots from the U map then. I never payed attention to the differences between them. RazoR39999 12:02, 21 June 2010 (UTC)

Not sure if you will use this either, but I finally made an image of why it's best to take a burst of pictures of the mission map while it's moving verses when it's stopped: User Previously Unsigned mission map comparison.png Since you do maps too a lot maybe it would help. Previously Unsigned 20:45, 4 July 2010 (UTC)

Doesn't sharpening do pretty much the same thing? RazoR39999 00:43, 5 July 2010 (UTC)
No, because the details are already blurred to begin with. It helps some but not that much. I don't know why the map functions this way anyways. It should just stop moving and look sharp. Just look at the map while you move. Previously Unsigned 01:28, 5 July 2010 (UTC)
Now that I think about it I often noticed a sort blurring/sharpening transitions when looking at the U map while walking. I was worried that it might be my poor eyesight going worse, but I guess it's this effect you mention. RazoR39999 18:15, 5 July 2010 (UTC)
I just discovered a new method that's easier than taking a burst. The blurred/sharpness is also a function of how big the mission map window is.. try it for yourself. Move the mission map's size pixel by pixel larger... you can see it get totally blurry then super sharp just like when running. I'm gonna use that way from now on. You can totally tell when you have it perfect. However if you move, it resets, and then you need to find another sweet spot by resizing it again. I noticed this (problem) when I first started playing and it drives me crazy. The main reason why I started sharpening images a little bit. Previously Unsigned 05:20, 15 July 2010 (UTC)

Note to self[edit]

why am I saying this?[edit]

probably cause I'm a control freak. anyways I noticed that the color you are using on map for the path is RGB 178/10/10 while the in game color is RGB 255/0/0. It would be closer to in game and pop more if you used the 255. Previously Unsigned 00:48, 20 November 2010 (UTC)

Ye I know it's a different color and I'm doing it on purpose, since often times I have to add in two or three extra paths (so other than a "red" path, there's also a "green", or "yellow" one), depending on the nearby outposts, etc. So I want it to be obvious it's not a direct in-game screen-shot, but an approximation to be used as a reference. Sometimes the closest path that I dot out is also one where you have a lot of mobs, so to optimally go to that location in game, you'd have to go a bit around and not always straight following it. Hope that helps. RazoR39999 13:01, 20 November 2010 (UTC)
Oh, I never knew that! Thought it was some side effect of proofing or an icc profile. my bad. Previously Unsigned 18:55, 20 November 2010 (UTC)

A task for you after you finish the Interrupt page[edit]

I was looking for non-lore articles to feature, and I noticed a few similar or could-be similar pages that some of which overlap.

And Tactics (PvP) could probably become something nice for featuring if you're any good at PvP. -- Konig/talk 22:28, 24 December 2010 (UTC)

As far as tactics goes, I'd rather someone playing GvG currently does that (the last time I was active in that format was 2007). I only play RA and AB nowadays (and festival PvP arenas), and I'm purposefully staying away from HA due to reasons I stated on my user page. Plus, from what I can see, that article has a lot of sub-articles in the infobox that probably cover many things that would have to go into the main article itself. I'll take a look at the others, but right off the bat pull and pet pull can pretty much be merged imo. razor39999 00:01, 25 December 2010 (UTC)
