Most tonics apply this disguise effect although the appearance of the character is dependent on the tonic used.
- Yuletide Tonic still applies Avatar of Holiday Cheer instead of Disguised; however, Mysterious Tonic applies Disguised instead of Avatar of Holiday Cheer.
- Mysterious Tonic still applies Beetle Metamorphosis, Sinister Golem Form, and Yeti Form instead of this effect.

This was added as part of the October 18, 2012 update to replace the buffs for most tonics in the game. (The historical content nav has a full list of the removed effects.)
A character says "I am disguised as a Disguised" when calling the Disguised icon in their effects monitor.
