Defenders of Draconis is a smaller guild, founded in June, 2005, with the intention of providing a role-playing-friendly Guild Wars experience for players who were interested in more than just another online game.

Less focused on the PvP elements of the game, DoD instead chooses to focus on the rich storyline, choosing to enjoy the fruits of the development team's labour.

With its leadership comprised of several real-world friends, DoD caters to a closer-knit community of players, choosing to help all players proceed through each Guild Wars campaign in the most enriching, fun ways possible.
