The line "New creatures would stir" refers to the birth of the Sylvari, a new playable race in Guild Wars 2. The tree that they birth from, seen in the cinematic, is located at Ventari's sanctuary in Arbor Bay.
The "threat that would consume the entire world" refers to the ancient dragon Primordus and its ilk, who will play as major antagonists in Guild Wars 2.
