Elite Enchantment Spell. For 30...78...90 seconds, target ally gains +1 Energy regeneration. Peace and Harmony ends if that ally casts a spell that targets a foe, or if that ally deals damage to a foe.

- If cast on heroes, setting their attitude to "avoid combat" will help to make use of its long duration.
- While using this skill on only one monk may be inferior to most other forms of energy management, having one monk cast this on multiple team members can become much more energy efficient in builds where half the team does not directly damage the enemy.
- This enchantment will not end if you indirectly damage an enemy. For example, a monk maintaining Strength of Honor and/or casting Judge's Insight on warriors will not lose this enchantment.
