Raisu Palace is the fabulous palace of the Emperor of Cantha. The current reigning emperor is Emperor Kisu. The palace features towering walls, elaborately-carved jade pathways, and intricately-decorated pagodas, and splendor that sets it worlds apart from the squalor of the Kaineng City poor. It even has an extensive private dock area on the northern side.

This explorable area can only be entered from the Imperial Sanctum outpost, and is therefore only accessible after completion of the Raisu Palace mission.
With regards to the Factions storyline, this area is entirely optional.

- There are several globes of light scattered in this area, with most of them being near a boss. Those with a boss nearby function as a portal. If you attack the boss, additional Shiro'ken will spawn from the globe. As such, it is advisable to pull the boss away from the globe before killing it. If done correctly, it's possible to avoid triggering the spawns entirely.
- Vanquisher runs of this area without active quests requires defeating around 255 foes. Including quest influences, it has been reported to range from 244 to 263.
