Hex Spell. For 6...11...12 seconds, target foe and all adjacent foes are hexed with Reckless Haste. While Hexed, they attack 25% faster but have a 50% chance to miss with attacks.

- As a result of this hex, target foe's raw damage output is expected to decrease by 33%.
- Similarly to blocking, "missed" hexes combine multiplicatively and not additively. Thus, a foe hexed with both Reckless Haste and Price of Failure has a 62.5% chance to miss with attacks.
- Good synergy with Spiteful Spirit in Normal Mode; the increased attack rate will trigger SS more often.
- This skill will not increase mobs' attack speed in Hard Mode; however, it will still cause a 50% chance to miss.
- This skill's image is quite similar to Images of Remorse.
