When speaking to Tolkano, you have the following options:

Register your account[edit]

"Select one of your characters from the list below and click "Accept Name." This name will represent your account on the the ladder and can be viewed from the Guild Wars website. Your account name can only be changed once every 30 days."

View Tournaments[edit]

"Select a tournament from the list below, then click "View" to see the current standings for that tournament."

This window shows the existing tournaments and allows you to see the details of each tournament. It displays prizes, maps, Tournament Status (dates when registration/tournament starts), Tournament Size (group sizes), Qualifier Points required for participating and Registration Cost (Tournament Tokens needed for participating).

The detailed window for each tournament also displays the results of the tournament in a sortable list.

Yes Fancy Armor

If you don't have 15 Tournament Reward Points:
"You need 15 Tournament Reward Points to purchase a Golden Flame of Balthazar."
If you have 15 Tournament Reward Points:

It is possible to purchase PvE skins for armor and weapons for PvP-only characters with Tournament Reward Points. The current armor or weapon will be replaced with the one being bought. The armor and weapons are character based. If you delete the character, the armor and weapons will be gone. It is possible to transfer the weapons from one PvP-only character to another by putting the weapons on your heroes. It is possible to modify the armor and weapons you purchased with different runes, insignias, inscriptions and other upgrade components. When you create a weapon the requirement is fixed. For example: if you make a shield with req. 9 strength, you can not change this attribute.

PvP weapons of the Bonus Mission Pack (BMP) come similarly customized, even if you do not own the BMP. Roleplaying (PvE) characters still need the BMP on the account to own these weapons and use them in PvE and PvP.

Here is list of all of the skins attainable.

Buy Cape Trim[edit]

If you are not a guild leader:

"I sell various cape trims for Tournament Reward Points. Though the entire guild will receive the selected trim, this service is only available to the leaders of guilds with recognized emblems. Tournament Reward Points can be acquired by participating in automated tournaments. If you need to form a guild or acquire an emblem, please talk to a Guild Registrar or a Guild Emblemer.
So you know, the only way to get a gold trim is to win the Monthly Automated Tournament. That trim is so elite, no one complains when it overwrites any trim they already have."

If you are a guild leader:

"As the leader of a guild, you can purchase new cape trim from me using Tournament Reward Points. This cape trim will never expire and will overwrite any trim the guild might already have. All members of the guild will be able to display the new trim on their capes. The colors I sell are red, blue, green, orange, purple, pink, silver and obsidian.
Just so we're clear, if you win the Monthly Automated Tournament, that gold trim they give you will overwrite any trim you have, not that most people complain about having gold trim."

Yes I am sure. Give my guild the <cape color> cape trim in exchange for <cape cost> Tournament Reward Points.
No Wait, I need to think about this.
Ask Why don't you sell gold trim?
"Gold cape trim is reserved exclusively for winners of the Monthly Automated Tournament. If you'd like that color I suggest you enter the tournament... and win."
