Dagan Sharru is a merchant who sells Dwarven Ale. He has been impeded by the new Proclamation of Public Safety and Peacekeepers of the White Mantle, preventing him from trading. He made a special comment in the War Chronicles.

He will trade War Supplies for Medals of Honor.

"I used to be a traveling Merchant, [sic] but recently decided to settle down. Maybe a family, raise a pig or two, get a chicken coop."

After a certain point in War in Kryta:

"I couldn't manage an honest living with these "Peacekeeper" thugs around, so I turned smuggler. I'm getting ready to take a shipment of supplies to the Shining Blade camp. I've been given these medals to award anyone who's gathered a lot of War Supplies to donate. I'm not sure what good a medal will do you, but it looks nice, and the donations are for a good cause."
