Farming

Several caster builds with permanent anti-KD (such as a Sliver farmer) should be able to farm a large group of Sand Elementals for the lodestones just outside due west of Heroes' Audience. They don't do particularly much damage, but snare a lot to keep you permanently in their blinding AoE/anti-melee wards which makes it rather complicated if not impossible to farm for melee players.
