Notes

• Use caution exchanging your Imperial faction: Hei Tsu will take any Imperial faction you have, but will only reward up to the relevant cap (in Balthazar, Kurzick, or Luxon faction); you will lose any faction over that cap.
• When selecting the "Take all my Imperial faction and convert it to Balthazar faction" option, the amount of Balthazar faction is rounded down. E.g., if you had a total of 5 Imperial faction, he would convert it to 1 Balthazar faction instead of 2 Balthazar faction.
