If your alliance does not own the outpost or town:

"Right now, <alliance that owns the outpost or town> alliance controls this area. I'd suggest making yourself scarce."

If your alliance does own the outpost or town:

"This area belongs to your alliance, <alliance name>."

We have business in the exclusive area.

"When you are ready to travel, I will take you to the exclusive area."

I am ready.

I am not ready.

When trying to leave the exclusive area:

"I will let you pass. Tell me when you're ready."
