Selvetarm is a Dryder boss-like foe found at the end of one of the levels of Slavers' Exile. He is joined by a group of Stone Summit dwarves, and pairs of Shock Phantoms, Crypt Wraiths, and Crypt Slashers circle his room.
When defeated, a Chest of the Slaver (Selvetarm) appears at his spawn location, and four Restless Dead (Shadow Prison version) around it.

- Selvetarm is likely a reference to the Dungeons & Dragons drow deity of the same name who commonly takes the form of a large spider with the head of a male drow.
