Restless Dead are ghosts found in Eye of the North dungeon, Slavers' Exile.

Restless Dead in Selvetarm's level always have the Shadow Prison skill set. There have been conflicting reports about the Restless Dead in Duncan the Black's level. According to some reports, there are two separate versions within that level: one with the Spiteful Spirit skill set and one with the Shadow Prison skill set. According to others, all the Restless Dead in Duncan the Black's Level have both skill sets and switch between them (and between daggers and a staff as weapon sets) depending on the proximity of their foes. It is not yet clear which accounts are correct.
