Know policies before posting

I've seen you make comments for a while, and I've been able to ignore most of them up until now, but please don't tell people they're doing things that are against policy (such as your recent comment on Wynthyst's nomination talk page telling the IP that s/he has to make an account before s/he posts; this is neither true, nor are posts by IP addresses regarded any lower those of registered users) when they are not. Also, while you have the right to vote as an user here in an election, voting for someone because you like them or because they're helpful, instead of whether or not they're qualified for the position, can actually hinder an election rather than help it. Blade Radio and Events

Dear Freebies, I would like to request that you remove the Events that you have listed as your own. I have spoken to a great deal of individuals who find it in poor taste that you have posted these events here and represent them as your own.

Please understand I love the fact that you desire to give back to the community but they should be your own events, not someone else’s or someone else’s idea as in the past has been explained to you.

A few examples of this are:

Pink Day in LA to support Breast Cancer awareness in which you then desired to promote Green Day in LA in support of the Green Initiative which is a great idea and I even said so at the time but suggested you rename the event.

Another example is the Mad King Frost aka Daniel Frozenwinds name in which you then created Mad King Freebies.

And now claiming other individual’s events as your own.

The Events that you have listed and are taking credit for are : (see below)

• 5 Event 4-King Frosts Wintersday 2008 (This event was done without any of your involvement)

• 10 Event 9-GWOnline party (This Event was done by many including Blade Radio, Arena Net, Sanitarium and many others.)

• 11 Event 10-MesCon 09 ( You had little to no involvement in this event)

• 13 Event 12-SCAR Community party! (This party was done completely with Blade Radio and the Leader of SCAR)

• 15 Event 14-Soul Slayer 3 premiere! (Queen Kitty had us debut this video when it aired on Blade Radio)

Please remove the above mentioned articles. Also please note, Wintersday in July is a Event Blade Radio does and created within the game. I even understand that Arena net had something much the same planned for a long time. As for the events listed above read the notations and there are many more events that either Blade has done or that others have done that you had nothing to do with. It has been suggested that I ask you nicely to remove them and hence I am doing so now.

If they are not removed, I shall then be forced to request such through wiki and other avenue's.

To conclude this, I love the fact that you desire to do things for the community, but claiming others works as your own ::shakes head:: Please remove asap.

• 15 Event 14-Soul Slayer 3 premiere! <- Please remove my Party from your list as events which you state as "Many of you may know i host events. So i am creating a list of them right here." I deeply appreciate that you offered of your own generous initiative to film my party which you attended but as for Hosting, Planning, or even Volunteering per my request or having any association with the function and running of my event is incorrect and I do not want to take away from those in my group [Rain Alliance] which toiled so diligently alone (4 members) for months preparing/donating for it. You have accomplished much on your own & have a helpful nature; don't cause community members to question your integrity by claiming work that is not your own; it will hinder your progress that was going in a great direction ;) Please remove my Party from your list asap.

Thanks a lot guys, for ruining my reputation. I see youve joined Frozenwind, Malafide, Konig and Lonesamurai in making sure i dont host Halloween and am seen as a pile of crap by the community. I really appreciate being told that every single thing i do is wrong by everyone, and right now, you have just made it everyone. I am quite frankly fed up of everyone trying to ruin my reputation even more even after i have turned around from one of the worst trolls ever. So if you dont mind, I would like you to cease all contact with me from now on, as I am fed up of you lording it over me that you are better than me cause your richer and you have more experience in the area, and claiming times for events that I had planned it that time frame for a long time. If you dont, then I will to request help from the wiki.

Well, its true, and its pretty obvious they are trying to break me into that frame of mind again. If you want evidence, look at my archives.

@Blade-I had involvement in the MesCon, as i disntinctly remember you WERENT there to prove me wrong. I was involed in cheering up the audience of the party BEFORE Kiti or Blade staff arrived. And I have removed the videos of the ARFMB and Soul slayer premiere party, as you obviously think they are too crap, like me. And you really think I copied Daniel Frozenwind's Halloween character name? I had it planned that way September, before I even knew he had a character called Mad King Frost. And quite frankly (now my favourite phrase), that liar (he lied about his "retirement") has put me through enough, giving me bad press on most of my Halloween event promotions, such as the youtube video, where he implies that the 7pm-midnight time slot was "his place this year". So I really dont care if I interfere with you anymore, and I dont care what actions you take against me from now on, because I WILL host my Halloween event, with or without your aid and approval, from 7pm GMT till Midnight GMT, whether you like it or not. --Burning Freebies 16:02, 8 June 2009 (UTC)

The Queen does not like false accusations. I have NOT been involved in any attempts to not have you host your Halloween event, not even in the slightest. I think you owe me an apology dear. -And Daniel lying about his retirement? Lying? He said he wanted to retire yet came back for more events anyway. I wouldn't call that lying. Lying suggest ill-intend, as in, deliberately telling untruths. Daniel has never done anything of that kind. I regard Daniel as a valued colleague, and these kinds of remarks hurt my feelings as much as they hurt his. It is not fair towards someone who puts in a lot of effort just to entertain the community. For the record, the Queen doesn't have a dime in her storage. I have only two armour sets and the rest is just mini pets. Really, I'm not rich at all.... well apart from the Frozen Palace of course. But... wait a minute, why am I talking all reasonable here? You should be ashamed of yourself dear. You really hurt our feelings. We put a lot of time and effort into making these events, thus leaving little to no time to achieve all those things that plenty of other Tyrians do find the time for. We make sacrifices, because we love the community, which unfortunately means we're not rich. As for Daniel's Lies, and Blade Radio, I have had to pull my donations from farming for countless hours. And you? You just click you fingers and get all these donators. And Daniel just clicked his fingers and what do you know, he is in SCAR alliance. I have had to sacrifice countless hours every day planning and farming materials, so dont tell me that you do hard work, because you dont have to build an event from scratch. And you reall think you didnt hurt my feelings? I think you should be ashamed of yourself, making yourself seem all grand, and making yourself look like the best event organisers. To me, its about getting my goods to the community. But now it seems you dont want me around this Halloween. The only reason i do events is because my real life name apparently means "to provide". In Guild wars, i thought i had found a place where i could fufil this. And now i have you event organisers slating me because your event just happens to clash with mine, when you admit to not even sorting a date. event(can I say faggots on the wiki?) with all their unwarranted self-importance, stupid self-promotion and annoying way to talk like if they matter to the community, keep farming all year just to spam some photoshopped image of their characters around forums and then stand in some town all day to give things to people who just happen to pass by and then call it an event makes me question humanity. We are giving back to the community that have helped us. In essence, we are the charities of Guild wars-providing free, beneficial items to the community. And to be honest, im probably the only event organiser to have to farm materials, as the others just beg to guilds and guildies.

Regarding the "Mad King" incident-why isnt Daniel upset about his "3 lustre tears" naming themselves after him? Mad King Lanthorn? Mad King Nantha? That argument is weak, so say the least.

As for the events that i have assisted with, has Daniel not only been to events and had them mentioned in his list? For example the DVDF summer bash? He claimed that he had no duties during this event, and yet he can get away with it? If you can "use" the wiki staff to remove apparently "false data", then surely i can do the same with events on his page?

I rest my case. Move this argument to Guru PM's. My account is Burning Freebies, but should you not want to search, I have a thread with my name in the community news forum. I'll answer all questions there. --Burning Freebies 19:29, 8 June 2009 (UTC)

I don't want to get involved in this discussion. But I was just wondering. Isn't the problem that Burning writes "hosted" on top of the event page? Maybe if he would change this text line into something else it would all be solved? Cuz if I read the list he's just telling his part in events (even if it was only being there). Is that such a big problem? It would be nice if you all could stay away from 'emotions' and just talk about facts. And sorry but I don't use Guru ;) --Pepper - Dewdrop talk 19:56, 8 June 2009 (UTC)
