- Synergizes well with skills that drain all adrenaline, such as Decapitate and Final Thrust.
- Synergizes well with Warrior's Endurance (in PvE) and an energy-only skill bar.
- If this is reapplied before it expires (for example through using Quickening Zephyr), you will still lose all adrenaline, because applying a stance always ends the previous stance.
