The Exalted Aegis can be obtained in exchange for an Amulet of the Mists from the Adept of Steel or Adept of Spears in the Divine Path. There are versions for Strength, Tactics, Command and Motivation.

- Bronze Shields with exactly the same stats as the Strength and Tactics versions are available from weaponsmith Manzo in Kaineng Center.
- A Wooden Buckler with attributes identical to the Exalted Aegis (Strength requirement) is available from collector Maddison in Breaker Hollow.
- A Shield of the Lion with attributes identcial to the Exalted Aegis (Strength requirement) is available from collector Kwesi in The Sulfurous Wastes.
- A Wooden Buckler with attributes identical to the Exalted Aegis (Tactics requirement) is available from collector Healer Silja in Vasburg Armory.
- An Adamantine Shield with attributes identical to the Exalted Aegis (Tactics requirement) is available from collector Nikun in The Shattered Ravines.

- The art of this shield is from winning entry "Angel Shield" from the Design a Weapon Contest.
- When rotated through 180 degrees, the "angelic" shield art becomes "demonic", of course this could just be a simple case of Pareidolia
