- Makdeh's Focus and Mallyx's Inspiration have the same stats as this item.
- The Time Eater and Rose Focus have nearly the same stats as this item; however, they require Fast Casting.

- Unlike most unique weapons which are dropped by bosses, this is obtained from a quest, similar to Kerrsh's Staff, the Rose Focus, and Zehtuka's Horn.
