[edit] Notes
- The two identical Halves Casting Time mods do not stack, but activate at the same time. These two mods combine to a 32% chance to cast the spell in half the time and an additional 4% chance to cast a spell at a quarter of its casting time. That's a 36% chance to cast the spell in half the time or better.
[edit] Trivia
- Before the May 29, 2008 update, Spafrod Iceblood incorrectly dropped Lord Glacius' Staff instead of this one.
- Before the June 05, 2008 update, the two HCT (20%) effects showed up as one HCT (40%) effect, which would actually have been something different. (See first note)
