Perfect Salvage Kits allow one to salvage weapon upgrades from weapons, runes and insignias from salvage items, and runes and insignias from armor without the risk of breaking the salvaged item.
Unlike the other salvage kits, Perfect Salvage Kits cannot salvage crafting materials and cannot salvage unidentified items.

- Eyja in Gunnar's Hold
- Kwat in Rata Sum
- Alcus Nailbiter in Central Transfer Chamber
It can also be acquired as a reward:

- To craft the kit from Eyja, you need to obtain the Slayer of Nightmares title.
- To craft the kit from Kwat, you need to obtain the Not Too Clumsy title.
- To craft the kit from Edwin, you need to obtain the Stealth Agent title.
- To craft the kit from Alcus Nailbiter, you need to obtain the Gutsy Delver title.
- The cost of each use is 50

. At the current going rate of 10/ and 25/ the cost is 225 per use. (Plus the additional 1/5) Therefore, runes that can be bought for less than 225 at the merchant shouldn't be salvaged (of course, take into consideration the merchant value of the armor you're salvaging from).
