• A random drop from a Royal Gift.

• Eyja in Gunnar's Hold or Embark Beach for 250 , 50 , 50 , and 1

Notes

• You must have achieved the rank Slayer of Nightmares (Norn rank 3) to speak to Eyja and assemble it.
• The effect does not go away when you die, but does when you travel to a new zone. (This is consistent with other consumables that do not provide morale boosts.)
