Elite Spell. Invoke a Ray of Judgment at target foe's location. For 5 seconds, target foe and all foes adjacent to this location take 5...37...45 holy damage each second and begin Burning for 1...3...3 second[s].

- Burning is refreshed every second that Ray of Judgment is active, e.g. a stationary target might burn as long as 7 seconds from a ray cast with a Smiting rank of 12 or more.
- This is the only monk skill that can inflict a condition on foes.
