A Sigil Trader is an NPC Trader who trades Celestial Sigils, and this is the only item they sell, which are used to obtain a Guild Hall. The Celestial Sigil current price can be viewed by selecting request quote, the selling price is dynamically generated according to supply and demand.

Sigil Traders can be found in Heroes' Ascent (One of the Battle Isles), on the island you wish to buy, next to the Canthan Ambassador, and in Cantha (the Guild Hall area). One is also present in the Tomb of the Primeval Kings.
