"You will not be granted a guild hall anywhere on the mainland, but you can petition me for territory on one of the many islands controlled by Cantha."

"A guild must have a recognized emblem or it cannot be considered a reputable guild. I will also require some sign that the heavens favor your endeavors. Bring me a Celestial Sigil as a sign that you are favored."
