-way is a suffix used to denote a team build, and usually follows the primary skills or professions in that build. "Paraway," for example, is a build centered around Paragons, while "Discordway" would be a Spike build made to kill targets with Discord.
The term originated from the popular Tombs/Heroes' Ascent build called IWAY, which was an abbreviation for I Will Avenge You!, the cornerstone skill in the build.
